Bitget, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, recently announced the appointment of Gracy Chen as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Sandra Lou, who had led the firm since its inception in July 2018, stepped down to seek new business prospects, thus marking a significant milestone in the firm.

Chen oversaw corporate development, market expansion, and business strategy during her time in office as the managing director.
The firm witnessed its user base surge from 8 million to over 25 million users, thrusting the exchange among the top crypto exchanges by trading volume; this was a remarkable feat accomplished in less than two years of appointment.

Before her tenure at Bitget, Chen gained fame as a judge on the popular reality cryptocurrency TV show: "Killer Whales," where applicants pitch next-generation web3 projects.
Apart from these, she is also a columnist for leading crypto and fintech publishing firms, where she has authored many laudable works about the crypto space over the years.
